I have been a member here for a long time and I love the high level of customer service I have always received. Recently I had a small issue with my account and when I asked to speak to someone, Jeff, the General Manager came over and helped me himself. It was solved within a matter of 30 seconds and I was pleased that the GM was so involved in the day to day care of customer service issues. The front desk is always very friendly and helpful and I love seeing their smiling faces every time I come in. Overall, this is a wonderful facility and I highly recommend checking them out!
