Not all kinkos are 2 star kinkos, but at this kinkos imparticular the service is not quite up to par. My husband and I recently got married and while we were looking for invitations to our wedding a few months ago we went to kinkos. We had ordered our proof which we were told would be available for us to see within 3 business days. It wasn't available after a week. We called numerous times and got the run around and finally we just canceled the order all together. It seemed that their communication was lacking and no one knew what was going on. Their staff wasn't fully trained and was unable to help us on several things we needed. Kinkos is a great place for your needs, my recommendation just is to find another kinkos and not go to this one.
PROS:
CONS: Lack of communication with employees of the store.
