I stopped using Hamblen Pediatrics because I never knew which doctor (or nurse practitioner) we would end up seeing. I would make an appointment with my preferred doctor, only to arrive and find out that someone else was going to be seeing us that day. I was also unimpressed with the response we received when we had to call in for advice. In general, they were not willing to offer any information over the telephone. We were treated like a number there. I repeatedly requested that they call my son by his preferred name, yet they never did (but our new pediatrician does!).
