To Kinko's management at the Oakland Rd. facility in San Jose. There is one person who should be promoted or given a raise. Her name is Martha, and she does all the work at that location. I used this location at least one to two times/month, and Martha is the only person willing and accessible to help. The other workers make themselves busy when customers show up in line, and Martha is always their to help, she is friendly knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Please let her know she is very valuable and appreciated. I am serious about giving her a promotion or a raise. I will check with her to see if she has been praised and awarded for her excellent customer service. A frenquent customer of the FedEx Kinko's on Oakland Rd. in San Jose
