I had a 2006 Toyota Rav4 and was looking to upgrade and get a V6. Mike was extremely helpful with all of my questions and did not pressure me into a sale. He made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and spent a lot of time with me to ensure I had all of my questions answered. I run a Customer Care department and I think that one of the most important things in customer service is to mold to your customer; know your customer. I try to instill this in my agents on a regular basis. Mike definitely has this skill and it seems to come natural to him. \r

I appreciate the friendliness and patience from Mike. I have already recommended him to others. \r

Logan was also very helpful in going over all of my paperwork in great detail and answering all of the questions that I had.\r
