I just recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Rav4, and the experience dealing with Steven Toyota was the absolute best! Buying any car is a big decision, but the salesperson I was fortunate to deal with, Mr. Tyler Simmons, made that decision much smoother. He was extremely knowledgeable, and very honest in comparing my other vehicles of interest; Tyler went out of his way to selflessly provide an abundant amount of information. For example, the listing of all the incentives offered by Toyota, which will not be matched elsewhere. Unlike the impression given by a couple other local dealers across the street, the entire Steven Toyota staff was very patient and professional; there was no obscene pressure given to myself, the consumer. The process was extremely easy, due to the experience of the staff.
