I HAVE USED THIS KINKO'S LOCATION APPROX. 9 TIMES IN THE PAST 2 YEARS AND I HAVE YET TO HAVE AN EMPLOYEE HELP ME WITHOUT HAVING TO WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT. EITHER THEY DON'T HIRE ENOUGH STAFF TO HANDLE THE HEAVY FOOT TRAFFIC OR THEY TAKE TOO LONG TO HELP THE PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME. PLUS THE LINES AT THE MAIN COUNTER ARE ALWAYS SO LONG & SEEM TO TAKE FOREVER TO MOVE. THEY WON'T GIVE YOU BACK CHANGE IF YOU PUT A $20 BILL INTO A COPIER MACHINE BUT DON'T USE THE WHOLE $20..INSTEAD THEY GIVE YOU A KINKO'S "CREDIT" CARD FOR THE REMAINING BALANCE BUT THE "CREDIT" CARD CAN'T BE USED TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS SUCH AS PENS,CARDS..ETC...IT CAN'T EVEN BE USED TO PAY FOR A FAX..ONLY FOR THE COPIER MACHINE SHOULD YOU NEED IT AT ANOTHER TIME. I HAVE HAD VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE;S ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ON HOW TO USE SOME OF THE EQUIPMENT..MAKING ME FEEL REALLY STUPID. HOWEVER, I HAVE ALSO HAD SOME REALLY NICE EMPLOYEE'S HELP ME . THE EQUIPMENT IS NICE AND RELATIVE NEW BUT IT SEEMS EVERY TIME THAT I HAVE GONE THERE AT L
