My wife has had to have 2 eye surgerys which were both done at west houston surgicare. Both times we were greeted at the front desk by the same receptionest, Shanda, she would not provide her last name. This is a great facility but is tarnished by the absolute rudness of this person. Both visits we had to deal with the snappy answers, abrupt and rude disposition of this person. After spending some time in the waiting room we realize she treats everyone wifh the dame lack of respect as she did us......
