I had a couple of horrible experiences here and will never take a pet here again. I thought I was paying for the best of care but have concluded I was paying for the beautiful fish tanks in the lobby. My dog was returned to me after 3 days and over $1800 with a life threatening wound under her tongue left untreated. I had to pay another vet to finish the job. When I called Dr. Gerster I was more or less called a liar and told the dog must of gotten injured after leaving their facility, mind you I had spent in excess of $3000 at his facility that month. Not how I expect to be treated and customer service is unbelievably horrible.
Pros: convenience, location
Cons: poor care, expensive, customer service
