Review content:
Karl was great to work with--I highly recommend him and his team. He gave us good advice about the product and was responsive to our questions. The product is good (probably not as great as custom built ones), but works well for our windows and what we needed. There was a glitch in what originally came for installation, but Karl quickly took care of fixing problem and reinstalling the shutters. I would use NE Shutter again.
