Authentic and good-tasting Greek fare is difficult to find in the Triangle area, but XIOS has it all. George and Julia Hatzidakis, the owners of XIOS, moved to the United States from their native home on the Island of Xios in the country of Greece to share their family recipes and their spin on traditional Greek cuisine. George and Julia make each dish they serve every day from scratch.
