Bill Fletcher was recommended by my parents because he was a friend of the family. It was a personal reference. We knew that he knew the area really well, was a nice person, and would give us honest feedback.
We went into Red Oak Realty and talked to Bill Fletcher to get some information about buying our first home. He was extremely informative and willing to answer all of our ridiculous questions. He was also willing to talk with us because we weren't really sure that we were ready to buy. That was really great. He walked us through the entire process. He also recommended brokers to talk to and the person I contacted through him was really great.
We are renting for another year, but when we are ready to buy we will definitely come back to work with him. Bill was understanding and willing to offer his time. They are professional and know what they are doing. I would highly recommend Red Oak Realty.
