After a different BMW location ( cough:: in glendale:: cough) screwed up my ride (royally), Long Beach BMW just put me in a sweet new 135 M convertible as a loaner and took care of all of my needs! Did you hear that? an M series as a loaner???? woo whoooo! They were SUPER swamped over Thanksgiving and I didn't even have an appointment! Props to Maribel and Tom in service...I am a customer for LIFE!!
