I got tired of all the other dealers and all the other people. It seemed like I was never getting a straight answer. I went and talked to the front office man Wayne and Cheryl and was helped.
There were even times I took my car in thinking it needed something, and they recommended work that was much less expensive.
It's easy to send my family members over there to pick up cars and look at estimates because I know they're consistent. I've been going to them long enough, about six years, that I know what to expect. I'm comfortable with them.
In the day and the world where customer service has really fallen off in most places, I think DRW Transmission has set the standard for how things used to be and how they ought to still be. You don't find it anymore.
They're good people. That's hard to find, and that's why my wife and I continue to go there.
