Businiess name:  Kamehachi of Tokyo - Northbrook
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Im a sushi fanatic and I've tried just about everywhere in the city of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs and still say Kamehachi is one of the best. The quality is a little better at the one down town across from second city compared the the one in Northbrook. Texture has a large part in the Sushi eating experience. Some places do dice cut the cucumber or any of the veggies, they just cut it into squares adding inconsistency. The fish is great, the sauces outstanding, and the appetizers and entrees are fantastic. Kamehachi is always a good eat, although a little expensive. I also recommend Sushi Mike's downtown if your looking for a smaller more personal sushi experience
