Review content:
The technician was extremely professional! However I was a little disappointed with the outcome of the cleaning. Even after multiple times of thorough vacuuming the carpets still feel stiff in spots, especially on the areas where he placed a little bit of extra stain protectant. And due to the size of the machine there isn't a good way to get real close to the base boards.
