I had an excellent experience with the service of Crystal Crystal, however, the scheduling process was not a good way to start my experience. I tried to schedule online, but since my situation didn't fit the typical options presented on the website I ended up calling. The woman I spoke with was hard to understand, and even when I presented her with my issues she just kept telling me to go online and schedule. I wanted to just schedule with her over the phone, but she wouldn't do it...I eventually went back and scheduled online the best I could. That said, your technician was very helpful and friendly. He did a great job.
