Review content:
From the initial contact Element was friendly, informative, willing to work into our schedule and knowledgeable. What they didn't have a an answer for the said they would get back to me AND DID; in a timely manner no less. When the moving crew arrived (on time) they were equally professional and determined to satisfy. Mike, Marco, and Jorge knew what to do and got busy doing it immediately upon arrival; no loitering, no excessive discussions, no smoke breaks, just politely doing what they were there to do. Having moved several times before, with the big national firms as well as the local ones, Element jumps over them all to the top of my list. Without hesitation I recommend Element and Mike, Marco and Jorge.
