From my initial call to Champion A/C 2 days ago, to the GREAT team of Mike and Victor who just left after the install, THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I spoke personally to Ben Hubbert (Owner)to set of the appointment who was VERY professional over the phone and told me some one from the office would call within a few minuets. Ben Ratterree was our salesman. He was 15 minuets early (I LIKE THAT) and was professional very kind and took his time to explain all the facts about different A/Cs. He is really a great guy. Finally the technicians. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They showed up right when the office said the would. (I received a courtesy call the morning of installation. I LIKE THAT TOO) They were Victor and Mike. A parts runner Mike was also on site for the initial setup/drop off of parts. He was nice too. Victor and Mike were fast ,efficient, professional and took extra time to explain the unit and at the end of the installation, the walked over with me information on everything they did. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. That is ONE GREAT TEAM!!!!!!!! Overall.............CHAMPION A/C are the BEST IN SAN ANTONIO. They also take care of the military by offering a discount. OUTSTANDING!!!!!!
