Patients BEWARE!!! He cheats patients by double billing! He waits about 4 years before billing for services rendered which had already been paid then. After 4 years, who would still have their payment receipts? I learned from his one office staffs that there had been many complaints from former patients regarding double billing. He is able to get away with it is because patients had no idea that they are not the only ones that he double bill. Dr. Phung also has 2 other offices in Pasadena and San Diego. \r

I hope his patients read this review so that they know that Dr. Phung is a cheater and that they DO NOT owe him any money for services already paid years ago. \r

Also, he gets you by offering services supposedly paid in full by your insurance companies. Then he turns around and bill for them if he can't collect from insurance companies.
