From th moment you walk in the door. You are greeted by friendliness (even offered home made cookies). Filling out the paperwork was very easy and any questions that I had were addressed promptly. When it was time for me to meet the doctor she continued to keep the "No Stress Zone" out of her office Many different hearing tests were performed and all were explained to me along with their results and what that meant to me.
