After having septic pipe separate from the tank the water started backing up. Called Brooks on Monday and only appointment was the following Friday afternoon. The guy came out and just looked at it and said there was nothing he could do until Monday. When i scheduled this appointment I asked them to bring camera to see if pipe was broken or just backed up. So I'm not a plumber but wouldn't you have flushed the pipes then looked through the camera to make any assumptions? Just saying. So after the service tech said he didnt bring the camera and mentioned he had a long week (like mine wasn't without water) and made a snide comment I then called the main ofice and complained. Then within 15 min he was back with the camera, the put it through the trap...he couldn't see anything due to the dirty backed up water..again, wouldn't you rotor the pipe first so the water wouldn't be there? I did like the when he first got there and said it was broken and nothing he could do till Monday but still wanted the trip charge of $49.95..NOT. but yes still paid him after all the $@!#% just to get him off the property...then called Rotor Rooter, same day service and very professional...I know whom I'm calling next time.
