Review content:
I had a tenant who had animals and allowed them to urinate all over the carpet so we had it replaced but I could still smell the urine. So I called Peace Frog to see what else could be done because we were going to put the house on the market soon. The first person I called, I believe she was new, told me some of the things that would be helpful. She then handed me over to someone more experienced who was straightforward to me, even though, she knew I was willing to pay a lot of money to get this done. She told me what would be necessary and what wouldn't be and I just felt like she wasn't just trying to sell me anything which showed a lot of integrity.
Matt came over and did the work and because I was there working on the house as well, I got a chance to chat with him about his business philosophy. I learned that he really aims to please not only his customers but his employees as well. From the people I talked to over the phone, to Matt who did the installation, they were all friendly, professional, and had a lot of integrity.
