These guys are great. They solved my problems that no one else in town could reproduce. I made an appointment with them to drop off my machine and didn't have to wait in a single line! Having a one on one conversation with a real mac expert was a relief compared to the nosey atmosphere of their competitors. They called me shortly after to let me know exactly what it would take to make my computer as good as new. I ok'd the work and two days later they called to let me know the work was complete. I made another appointment to pick it up from them and not only did they show me my problems were solved, but they allowed me to bring in all my accessories to make sure they're working and spend as much time as I wanted to make sure all my software was working perfectly before I left. I would recommend this place to any mac user that doesn't want to stand in noisy lines and wants the best possible service for the price.
