My insurance company had done an appraisal of what the costs were going to be and they were planning to repair the damage done to my car. But when I took it to Collision Plus, they told me the part needed to be replaced, not repaired. So that's what they did and I'm completely satisfied.
They're great. They make sure that you're satisfied and they call you to let you know what's going on and to keep you updated with the repairs. I hope that I don't get into an accident again. But if I do in the future, I will definitely take my car back to them.
