My brother and I have used Bob as an agent from Austin Real Estate Partners for both buying and selling. He's very professional and responds quickly. I feel like he really represented our interests really well in terms of his price recommendations for our house on the market. He told us how to handle potential offers and buyers. The whole selling experience was really good and we got more than what we wanted.
In terms of buying, he was in the south and we were up north but he didn't hesitate to drive out and meet us on our schedule so that was really nice. Bob is just efficient, trustworthy and gave great recommendations.
