Review content:
needed a new roof and got bids for the job. Gem State was the most expensive bid. They also have NO experience doing a cedar roof which is what I wanted--they tried to sell me a fancy version of an asphalt roof instead. I chose a different company with a much better price and loads of experience in wood roofs.
Here's where it gets bad......the female owner of Gem State was mad that they didn't get my business, so she called the City and tried to create problems for me and for the other company. Nothing came of it, but the fact that they would stoop so low as to meddle in a job they did not get speaks volumes about their company. This woman will stop at nothing and has no sense of ethical values.
I would NEVER hire this company and I would not recommend it to others.
