I have had nothing but good rapport with Specialty Heating and Cooling. Everyone who has come out to the house has done superior work and professional work. I have no complaints whatsoever. They came and put a new furnace and air conditioner in and then have come out to service it. Every time I call with a problem they send somebody right out and fix the problem.
We put the units in in 2010. It's competent, quality service and that's something that's hard to get. I call and they are right here. And they didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Our salesperson, Nick, who initially contacted us on the buying of the furnace and air conditioner, has been absolutely above and beyond. He was the very first person I dealt with. He's a top flight individual and very conscientious. I have nothing but good words for him. Melanie, who works in the office, has also been superior as well as Greg, who is one of their techs.
