Normally, I don't give all five stars to anything because usually, there's always something to improve but there's literally nothing negative I have to say about this company. Specialty went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the product. They replaced my A/C unit and furnace. I actually had five different companies come out but I was really impressed with their service, the people who work at Specialty, and the quality of the products. After the job was done, they made sure I was comfortable and replaced the thermostat just because I didn't like it. They bought a new one and exchanged it with no extra charge.
I am extremely pleased with the service and quality of work and the comfort that the furnace and the A/C gives us in our home.
