Review content:
I first found Legal Action Workshop when I needed to file a response to my spouse's petition for divorce. They knew exactly how to handle the paperwork and arranged for the documents to be served to the court and the petitioner. I've since hired them to do a Request For Order to modify the child visitation rules, which was again handled well and accompanied by good pragmatic legal advice. There's no question that full-time legal representation is the best way to go, but if it's not in the budget to hand someone a $5k retainer, Legal Action Workshop will at least make certain that you are filing the correct forms and in the proper way, which is essential if you're going to succeed in court.
