I stopped in here a couple days ago when my car did not pass its smog EVAP test, hoping to have it fixed. I was told that they were extremely busy and wouldn't have an opening until the following week. When I was dumbfounded, he suggested another nearby shop. Never did I get the feeling that I was being hurried out of the way or disregarded, rather I was being helped in a way that did not directly benefit Auto Pro at all. I sincerely appreciated the honesty and good intention, and I know where I will return for future car woes, though hopefully I'll be smarter then and plan ahead instead of rushing about trying to get things done at the last minute!
