I've only been with Romp Pet Care for a week, but I had used them previously. I was comfortable with their service and had moved back into the area, so they were the first ones I called. They've been doing daily dog walks for me. My dog seems very happy and seems content. I get a nice, detailed note about how the walk went and if they played or not or how long they were out. They also note the timing, which helps me know when I get home from work if I need to take him out right away or wait a little bit. The detailed message is a good thing. Victoria's been coming to walk my dog this past week and he seems very relaxed and happy, which means he's getting enough exercise and attention.
