Review content:
Chantilly Store All were very courteous. It was our first time putting stuff in storage, so they explained the process and the different sizes required. They were just great with the terms. We didn't have to notify them that we were moving out or anything.
The people who work there are just so friendly. They answered all our questions and answered the phone promptly whenever we called. Whatever issues we had with the storage unit were met. It's a very clean facility and it was close to where we were renting, so it was just a great location for us to use.
