Most awful customer service I have ever had in my life!! I am a female college student & needed a piece of wood cut to make a door wedge to put in my window to hold it up The reason I came here because the last time I had these made was at Home \r Depot in Auburn & didn't have a problem at all but the one down here was so disappointing!! First I asked for help & an employee said that they could do it without a problem but he was unable to because of his arm so I went to find another employee and he told me the opposite of the other employee & told me which isle I could buy a hand saw or an electrical saw to do it myself at home(keep in mind that I am a 120lb young girl) I just wanted an end of a board cut into a few small pieces !!!! So after asking the fourth employee & not getting any help I was nearly in tears! So I cut it by myself & I had never used a saw before in my life i could have really hurt myself! It took me an hour and a half to cut these 4 little pieces of wood!! I strong
