These reviews are complete fakes! Created by her friends or people she pays to write good things about her. If you want good customer service I suggest finding another consultant. She sells product 10 years old with bad smell and eyeliners that break. I bought from her at the Del Mar Fair she had a booth there and my mascara was dry, she refused to take it back even though the company guarantees it and when I called the company they said Mary Kay does not condone product being sold from a booth and that its againts company policy! I have gotten over a dozen calls from her "assistant" asking if I am interested in the "career opportunity" yet she will not reslove my issue of the bad old makeup she sold me! Trust me go to Mary Kay website or google and find someone else!
