Review content:
I called Corley when the air conditioning went out on a Saturday afternoon. The person on the phone asked me if I wanted the repairman to come out that day and explained what the cost would be. When I said yes, she said he would be at the house between 7 and 8 PM. That was at 3:30. At 4 PM, there was a knock on the door and it was the repairman. He apologized for being early! He took a quick look at the AC unit and said he thought it was one of two possible problems. One was expensive and one was much cheaper. He said he was betting on the cheaper of the two based on 17 years of experience. The part that was needed was on his truck. He was right and he left the house after being there only about 30 minutes. Before he left, he performed a much more check on the machine to ensure that nothing else was going to go wrong.
Total time that the AC was out in the house on a very hot day was less than two hours. Now that is service!!
