I was referred to Floorgem by a related company that uses them, and my experience has been absolutely positive. Once I spoke with Ken, I could tell this company was experienced in what they do and the products they offer. He gave me a number over the phone regarding the bamboo floors I wanted. When they delivered the floor, they took a piece out of the box and realized my floor wasn't level, so they made a recommendation to go with a nailed down floor instead of a floating floor. They took the product back to exchange for a different one. It was not an issue at all. They were extremely accommodating. They worked with my schedule. They were prompt, courteous, and not pushy at all. They are confident in their experience, and I would not hesitate to hire them again. I HIGHLY recommend them!
