My wife was rear-ended. There was extensive damage and it was pretty hard to see because of the fact that we couldn't open the trunk. I did not want to open the trunk until they had approval to have the work done. So Autobody Specialists made bid with their head in the sack.
They found more damage than I think they thought they were going to. The work extended to a broken rear deck speaker. The speaker itself had been hit in the accident. My wife was very pleased she got that repaired also.
We had a good experience five to six years ago with Autobody Specialists and we had a good experience again. I was treated comfortably from the day I walked in. It's a head up, straightforward type of business and that's the way I like to conduct business also, so it worked out for me.
