The 3 gentlemen, Robert, Daniel & Peter that worked with me at Scott Clark's Toyota have totally changed my opinion of salesman at car dealerships & I can honestly say I will probably never buy a car from anywhere else again. Having worked in retail, I know the importance of GREAT customer service and the service I received at Scott Clark Toyota was above & beyond. It was such a relief to feel like someone is genuinely more concerned with my needs as a buyer than their needs as the seller to just make a sale. Robert contacted me shortly after an interest survey I completed on the internet and spoke with my boyfriend. I am usually extremely busy so I typed in my boyfriend?s cell number on accident and it was probably one of my best mistakes to date because it was his opinion and communication with Robert that was the deciding factor in my trip to Scott Clark Toyota.
