I recently bought a 2011 TOYOTA COROLLA S from the dealer. I already handed them the check for my car payment. I'm so excited about my deal because I'm getting a credit from it. And here comes, Marty (sales manager) making a CHANGE about a great deal I thought it was. I was told that I'm not getting that credit because it doesn't exist at all. I knew I was getting a credit for my deal because that's what we talked about, but they took it away from me after I gave them the check. So be careful with this dealer. I talked to Chris (general manager). He just said sorry about it and that he cannot do anything about it. I felt fraud and deception about it. I just feel so bad about what they did to me. I don't recommend this dealership. I recommend that you find another one who will not offer you something that doesn't exist at all. I don't want you to experience what I experienced. I will continue to study this case and ask recommendations about it.
