I would not use Abacus. In asking for an emergency AC house call the night before I was given a window of 12 to 6 PM. I called 3 times during the day to check on the timing and talked to their personnel. Not once did they confirm that when I called them I asked that they not use the phone or record because that was my wife's and she was busy that day. So after being snootily put of of when my window was and that they would call me they called my wife's number no answer not show for the technician. This company has no business showing ratings of good service as I am on their preferred plan and cannot service my house better than this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
