Too expensive and tried to sell me other repairs. New fire alarms. Which I don't need and didn't ask about For some reason went into my bedroom and checked if that was the same as the one in the living room. Of course he wanted to sell me two. I will never recommend your company in fact I will honestly tell anyone to not use your services. I was alsocharged a fuel charge of $14.95. What's that about. Never had that with any other co. Or service. The price was over the top on everything. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I rate you as a zero in all depts. especially not being up front about prices until the tech was in the house.
