I have always been able to go into the store with whatever project and the floor person was able to help me.Sometimes I find myself in there three or four times in a day and yet everyone is as friendly as the first time. All the employees are more than knowledgeable of the products. There is a wealth of knowledge amongst them not only of the products but how to complete your project. Somethings are a little more expensive then other hardware stores but considering it is at home and not having to drive seven to ten miles to the next store it is well worth it, especially with the cost of gas nowadays.
