I have only had my carpets professionally cleaned once before and although I enjoyed the cleanliness I did not like the fact that they took forever to dry. This time I decided to go with a different company and gave Charlotte Carpet Cleaning Services a call. I expressed my concerns about the drying time to their technicians and they were super nice and reassured me that they would be dry in no time. I'm happy to say they stood by their word and my carpets were clean, smelled fresh and dried quickly! I will be using Charlotte Carpet Cleaning Services again!
