That's how I feel about the service tech that just left our home, after calling the people (casa mechanical) who installed my ac for my new home 3 years ago and getting the run around and total non-caring attitude, they even told me they can make an appointment for me in 3 days and it would cost me $86.50 for the first 15 minute, then $22.50 for each 15 minutes after that to look at it...I started to research online and I found great reviews on Austin Air Rescue ($69.00 flat rate to look at it) from the start I knew I found the right people, the lady who answered my call was courteous and at least gave the impression she cared, I had a tech call me one hour later letting me know he was on the way, once he arrived he was wonderful, diagnosed my problem ( bad capacitor ) had it replaced in 10 mins, tested my system and was done in about 20 mins....I regret I did not remember that nice lady who took my call name or the service techs name, but at 95 degrees in my house I was a bit out
