Avoid if you can... I read the reviews prior to moving in and really wish I had heeded their words! I am hoping this review will save someone else the trouble & headache. \r

To begin, we are 2 very clean professional adults, perfect rental history, never late with bills. We rented an apt on the bottom floor with the top of the line options available. \r

So the down and dirty on Forbes based on my 10month experience...\r
\r
1. Rodents in our apt. With no offered solution... Instead we were told we were "placed on the rodent list". It was close to the end of our lease, but we never saw anyone else regarding this.\r
\r
2. Very unproffessional when talking with office personal regarding anything. In one instance, I went in to ask why we had been charged late fees for rent that we had been paid on time, during which the employee sighed deeply and rolled their eyes the entire time. \r

3. Received multiple "final warning" notices regarding them stating they had not received a copy of rental
