I Llove my home and my location. I would suggest a home inspection on any home built by Lamontagne BUILDERS. YOU HAVE A 1 YEAR WARRANTY AND ALL THE SOLUTIONS THAT THEY OFFER FOR ANY CONCERNS ARE NOT FIXES, THEY ARE PATCHES OR BANDAIDS TO MASK THE ISSUE. BE PERSISTENT AND DO NOT LET THEM THREATEN YOU AS THEY HAVE DONE US ON MANY OCCASIONS. I APPRECIATE A CULTURE OF DOING THE RIGHT THING, AND UNFORTUNATELY FOR US , LAMONTAGNE HAS NOR EXHIBITED THAT BEHAVIOR. I HAVE A HOUSE LESS THAN 10 MONTHS OLD WITH SEVER WATER DAMAGE FROM A DECK THAT WAS NOT FLASHED PROPERLY AND THE GM SUGGESTED A DE HUMIDIFIER....
