My daughter has been attending this Tutor Time for the past 6 months. She started going here when she was 18 months old. The first week was hard for her to adjust to being away from me (and hard for me too) but after the first few weeks I could tell she really enjoyed going here. But in the past couple of months there has been a LOT of staff turnover. Even worse, there is a complete lack of communication from the staff to the parents in my opinion. I would not know that my daughter's teachers had left if I hadn't asked them directly about it. Now that she is without a teacher she is shuffled from class to class. I never know which room she will be in when I pick her up. Also, they do things with the fees and such that they charge that they do not communicate to you either. It is extremely frustrating. I have tried talking to a manager about it but have been told she is not available. I am sad because this place started out so great but the past couple of weeks when I drop her off my d
