There is a reason three floors of this hospital are empty. The word is out that this place is just plain horrible. There are a few good people here but I had every bad experience from a nurse telling me I was "vibing" my way to sickness to a beyond confused, horrible, mixed up billing department that never resolved problems. Be particularly careful of Patrick in billing. He is a supervisor, but won't resolve issues and will flat out lie to cover himself. If you have problems not receiving bills, don't think that calling these people will resolve it. If you've got a problem with billing, you can try their patient care program, but they rely on the supervisor-the very one who created the problem to begin with-to resolve it. So you're really left without a resolution. Besides the monsters running things in the billing department, their emergency room is horrible. I argued with them for four hours about being sick-they kept telling me I was having an anxiety attack and just needed to take
