Review content:
We switched to Hi-tech last year for our automotive service. My husband drives about 40,000 miles a year so we do quite a bit of service and maintenance work. In fact he spent several hundred dollars there in the spring and a couple thousand there last summer/fall on his car. We are regularly customers. Unfortunately we are not getting regular pricing. The oil change prices for both our cars are never consistent -even though my husband has his oil changed about every 6 weeks. We have spoke to Gus about this before. He claims he is being fair. The problem is we keep all work receipts related to our cars and there is no consistency which is not fair. There was about a $14 price increase from my last oil change and tire rotation in January to the one I just had. It seems there is a discussion as far as price and coupons almost every time. It is more hassle and money than it is worth when you are a regular customer. I feel like we are getting nickel and dimed. When my husband gets rid of his current car which Hi-tech put the tires on, we will be looking for a new automotive place that is willing to give regular fair pricing to regular customers without all the hassle.
